Interim Flying on CO

My husband just took a trip to SEA and UA was full, so I decided to try CO. I found the process a lot like ours, but when listing, they give much more info. This is an example:

Make sure you click on to see this expanded view, and if you click on View Pass Rider List, it will show your number/name on the list. Like UA, you can print up your security pass 24 hrs. in advance. I think the Upgradeable standby means revenue psgrs eligible to upgrade. He had a good trip, but took Southwest back. UA and CO were both full. By the way, retirees can call Benefits and request ID letters that are good for a year on Southwest. They will send you about 5, but it takes a couple of weeks to get them. The museum of flight has been contacted by a college student doing a final paper on "stewardesses" and the events that forced the airlines to eliminate the 'unmarried' clause from their hiring practices.     the student, Mary Blanchard, is looking for any kind of documentation, like a copy of the paper we signed in the 60's that said we would not marry..or anything in the pamphlet that was sent to us during recruitment.   the museum is unable to help her because all of the archives are in storage due to a remodel in their area...

her final paper would be greatly enhanced by anyone's recollections or personal stories of being terminated because they got married or any extra history that you might have..  if you have anything to share, her e mail address is blamry@comcast.net .
